*Q1. What should I do if the filament is too short to unload?*
If the filament is too short to unload normally, insert a new piece of filament through the feeding port to gently push the remaining filament forward. Continue feeding until the remaining filament comes out from the nozzle.

*Q2. Can used filament be reused?*
Yes. After being heated, the tip of the filament may become uneven or misshapen. Before reusing it, simply trim the uneven end flat before inserting it back into the 3D pen. This helps the filament feed more smoothly and reduces the chance of clogging.

*Q3. When should I replace the filament?*
We recommend replacing the filament when only a short length remains. There is no need to use it until the entire filament has entered the pen. Replacing it earlier also makes unloading and colour changes smoother.
