Returned goods/products must be accompanied by the receipt and be in good condition. The packaging must also be in its original condition and the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, no refund will be issued. 媽媽友mamayo will not be responsible for any shipment lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected and confirmed the returned goods/products, the refund will be processed accordingly.
